Mushroom & Spice Blend


Seeds, dry herbs & spices, dried or dehydrated vegetables & roots, natural salts: these are all raw ingredients to make your own homemade vegetable broth in powder form to season soups, sauces and stews.


It takes little time to prepare while you can make a good quantity and store. This way you can add your own personal touch to your food while avoiding unnecessary processed and ready-made preparations full of preservatives from your daily diet.
Here is an easy and really quick suggestion to enrich soups, sauces and Currys.


Mushroom & Spice Blend
(to fill approximately 3 medium size jars)

3 cups dry shiitake lentinula mushrooms
½ cup dry basil
2/3 cup dry red peppers
1/3 cup coriander seeds
2Tbsp. coarse sea salt
2Tbsp. turmeric powder

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Store in airtight jars.
